The safety fan offered here are not fall arrest systems for workers, this fans are aimed to protect against falling materials and consists of metal posts and a safety net.

We provide the complete trays or fan, including the anchors, ropes, safety nets and optionally mosquito nets or debris nets.

For attachment to buildings, bridges, or concrete or cement walls using threaded rods. The canopies are designed exclusively for falling materials.

RAND MATERIAL SAFETY FAN

The RAND MATERIALS protection system, in combination with safety nets + anti-crash nets, provides an effective solution against falling materials in rehabilitation and maintenance works, etc. The system is fully adjustable and therefore able to adapt to a wide variety of situations. The articulation between its elements allows the protection to be adapted to different working angles, making it possible to adapt it to different geometries, such as balconies, gutters, etc. 

Depending on the project there are 2 options:

1. Variable Angle Foot + 1 single arm of 3m or 4m in length.

2. Variable Angle Foot + 1.5m lower arm + 2m upper arm.

ref. BA-2404 + BA-2401 + BA-2402

All the elements of the system are made of steel with a cold galvanised surface treatment which makes the system robust and durable.

The set is calculated for a maximum energy absorption of the net of 800j.
