Edge Protection System

The BORDA system features a wide range of fixing elements to adapt the installation to the particular needs of each case, allowing the system to be adapted to a wide variety of situations:

  • Fixed supports for static openings
  • Adjustable supports that enable assembly in different zones with different requirements: facades with overhangs, gutters, protrusions, metal beams, concrete structures, etc.

Furthermore, it is possible to manufacture the different elements to measure (as long as their characteristics meet the requirements of the standard), thus expanding the installation possibilities even further.

The system consists of very few elements, allowing for quick assembly with maximum safety guarantees. The assembly of the BORDA protection system elements is straightforward:

  • First, the supports are fixed, and then the foot rails and posts are assembled, connected to the base with a screw.
  • Finally, the guardrails and toe boards are assembled. In the case of nets, they will be attached to the posts using 15kN tie-off ropes.
