FAÇADE PROTECTION NETS

To prevent the fall of rubble and construction materials during rehabilitation and renovation work, vertical or horizontal nets with a 60mm or 45mm mesh are often installed. Optionally with sewn mosquito net. We offer a wide range of safety nets custom-made in high-tenacity polyamide with knot or high-tenacity polypropylene without knot, always with anti-UV treatment to guarantee the durability and resistance of nets.

The nets for the prevention of falling rubble are always made to measure. Below you will find the netting panels that are usually in stock and can be adapted to your project, no matter the size or quantity. We can manufacture the netting in special shapes.

The nets are always square finished and always rounded with a reinforced edge for a clean finish and extra strength.

Depending on the project it can be interesting to combine an anti-fall safety net with these anti-drop nets or if dust or small debris will also fall on the construction site, it can be interesting to combine it with a sewn mosquito mesh net. 

Horizontal protection nets with debris nets

In the construction site canopies with nets, in horizontal trays, in our RAND/RAND PLUS system or in traditional edge protections of construction site railings, debris nets can be included as an additional protection measure for pedestrians and workers on construction sites.

Installation of fall protection netting

If the netting is to be fixed to a metal system, we recommend the use of 15kn. certified safety ropes, certified according to EN 1263-1. If the net is to be fixed directly to the facade, we have pigtail hooks with expanding plugs, which are perfect for this purpose and allow the net to be hooked into the open spiral. You can also use closed hooks with carabiners, e.g. COLs. Textile straps are a good alternative to ropes, which can be tightened with a ratchet to prevent a gap between the facade and the net.
